Legal Aid
Legal Aid Services are offered by the Danish Centre against Human Trafficking in collaboration with the Danish Centre of Prostitution, the Nest International and Pro Vest, and are made available through social outreach efforts, at counselling centres, shelters and in connection with arranged repatriations.
Legal Aid Services include:
- Guidance regarding legal issues and rights.
- Counsel and guidance with a legal-counsel representative, and if necessary an attorney.
- Appointment of legal counsel for court proceedings.
